About this tool
Fill in an interactive PDF form (AcroForm): AVEROPDF detects text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons and dropdown lists, lets you complete them in a clear interface with a page preview, then exports the filled document, flattened or not.
How to use this tool
- 1Drop your PDF form: the detected fields are shown page by page.
- 2Fill in the fields; click "Update preview" to check the rendering.
- 3Choose whether or not to flatten the form, then download.
Limits to know
- Only interactive forms (AcroForm fields) are supported. A scanned or "flattened" form contains no fields: use the "Add text" tool instead.
- XFA forms (proprietary Adobe technology) are not supported.
- Digital signature fields cannot be signed here; use "Sign a PDF" for a visual signature.
- Accepted formats
- Maximum size
- 100 MB
Privacy and file processing
Your file is read and transformed directly in your browser using open source libraries (pdf.js and pdf-lib). It is never sent to our servers, stored or analyzed.

Flattening converts the fields into fixed content: the values remain visible but can no longer be changed. Without flattening, the recipient can still edit the fields.
